Simple Anti-Aging Skincare Routine!! #shorts
Target Shopping: Anti-Aging
NIGHT ROUTINE:
1. Cleanser – Choose any gentle cleanser that suits your skin type (dry, normal, oily). This one is from CeraVe
2a. Retinol – Apply a small amount 5-6x a week, as long as you’re not pregnant. This one is the fragrance-free option from Neutrogena
2b. Exfoliate – Use 1-2x a week on the nights you’re not using your retinol. This one is from Versed and has lactic + glycolic acid
3. Moisturize – Apply a generous amount of gentle moisturizer. This one is from Vanicream
DAY ROUTINE:
1. Cleanse – You can use the same cleanser or just use water here
2. Antioxidant – Vitamin C is a good option here but you can substitute for other options that protect against free radicals. This one is from Naturium
3. Sunscreen – SPF30+, Broad-spectrum, two finger length amounts! Just find one you like. This one is the hydrating sunscreen from CeraVe (SPF30, not 50)

The skin care routine that works is the one you’ll use everyday. And stay away from mineral oil.
What would be recommended for someone with rosacea?
LOVE
Hello, is la Roche posay moisturizer good?
Why haven’t you guys reviewed Naturium?! 😩
Loooove Neutrogena Ultra Gentle foaming cleanser. I have oily skin, was hesitant to try Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Regenerating Cream because I thought it would be greasy. But it’s not! It is nit sticky, dries matte, and never makes my skin shiny. I love it. It is a good replacement for the Healthy Skin line that was discontinued from Neutrogena.
Thank you.
But these products are all for dry skin. What about oily or oily to normal skin?
I use everything except vitamin C
Vitamin c before or after moisturizer?
Thank You Dokter🙏😔
I’m seriously looking for an easy day/nighttime skin routine with inexpensive products and this is the BEST video i found. I’m new to the game and plan on buying all products I see here. Just a question if they are melanin skin friendly and is which order do I apply products? Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated ❤
Needs to continue creating more videos like these. It’s like a free consultation to the dermatologist 😊
Alexa key, aku kangen aku rindu
This is a bit much. Applying all this crap everyday can’t be good for you.
A moisturizer is fine. Retinoids make sense too. Sunscreen when needed, sure.
Otherwise eat right, stay hydrated and exercise.
Simple and affordable, thanks!
Plz clairfy do use another moisturizer even after applying retinol moisturizer ?
This is so helpful
I’m pregnant and can’t use retinol what do you suggest as an alternative?
I love these kinds of self care videos🫶 thanks for sharing your skincare routine😍
With sooooo many products on the market to choose from, I appreciate skincare recommendations from a dermatologist that wont break the bank❤
Do you apply under beard
do this
Can you please review Goop’s Youth Boost Peptide Serum
I used vitamin c on the same day I used retinol I had really bad rashes on my skin
👍
Make a vedio on hidradenitis suppurative plz
Ilove u❤❤❤❤
What about for eyes?
Too much products
Can’t do retinol every night my skin will go red and look bad
That neutrogena retinol has a terrible score on the Yuka app. I had to stop using it bc I got scared of the ingredients
Not one Laroche -Posay product? I’m actually shocked, Target has a huge section
What thick hydrating moisturizer can I put under my eye area. Its dry. Even though I use the Biossance Squalene Eye Cream. What would you recommend for sensitive under eye?
I thought vitamin C and retinol mix is a no no.
use collagen powder as intake gives better results, I’m using newyou glow collagen giving me good result and so side effects.
Nah I’ll pass on dis I’ll keep my money bro had like how many products 🤣
To my mature ladies, I’m 50. I have been using the Olay collagen Peptide body wash, (sometimes I alternate with the Niacinamide one) for about 6 months maybe ? Let me tell you, I’ve seen a big difference in my skin. I’m really blown away that this stuff actually works. It even helped the cellulite on the back of my upper thighs. Like, what ??? It’s not a miracle wash, but I’ve seen a pretty dramatic difference.
Then exfoliate and use the Gold Bond Crepe corrector body lotion when you get out of the shower.
I hope you see just as much of a difference as I have!
Also, if you want to brighten your face and reduce dark spots. ‘Twine’ face serum and eye serum. It’s all natural too …and they actually work !
Seems like a lot of actives, esp for sensitive skin. Also I hate Cerave- it leaves my skin flaky and scaly and didn’t help my acne prone skin heal. I suffered thru many year of making myself use it b/c derms always push it. I wish derms didn’t love it so much and could give us some new gentle alternatives without niacinamide but not as basic as vanicream.
Thank you for an easy to follow a care routine! Is this for also for mature skin?
what a gorgeous products! thanks for sharing it🥰
All of these have horrible ingredients
I have a gentle cleanser i wouldnt use it 2 times a day if you have sensetive skin i did that and it made my skin dry and red i changed it to doing it before i go to bed and it has helped my skin i only wash my face whit water in the morning and do a ice bath for the face in the morning and then i put coold green tea bags under my eyes for about 15 minuts and wash my face only whit water and my skincare sunscrean and then i am out the door and if i feel my skin is not clean i do face masks during the week but only 2 to 3 times a week
6 products a day?
also wear a mask
Sunscreen before or after retinol?
Retinol is really strong and dries out your face if you use it that many times a week 😒
I’LL ONLY USE CRUELTY-FREE PRODUCTS.
Can you do the same video for dry sensitive skin , large pore and pigmentation please? @doctorly
Can you use toner befor vitamin C?
